Support is provided mainly via your online control panel customer support tickets.

Please log in to your control panel using the details provided in your welcome email, click on 'Support Centre' on the left hand menu and fill out a Trouble Ticket describing your problem. We aim to reply to all tickets as soon as possible, normally within 12 hours and mostly within 2 hours.
