As the majority of our clients are overseas, we are not currently
required to be registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) which
means that all customers, regardless of where in the world
they reside, pay the same price for our services. There is
no tax element to be added on.
Customers outside the UK and EU may disregard the following
information:
In the future, we may be forced to register for VAT which
would mean that customers in the UK and EU would be paying
a 17.5% VAT element on top of their total charges. With the
current worldwide balance of customers, it is unlikely that
we will have to register for VAT and so this situation should
not change. In the event that we were forced, we would be
required to charge the extra 17.5% VAT to anybody residing
in the UK or EU. For customers resident in the EU who have
a valid VAT registration themselves, it is possible to avoid
paying VAT for services as long as we have a record of your
registered VAT number. Please fill in the billing registration
form on our secure site accordingly. If you require any clarification
of this, please do not hesitate to contact
us via email.
If the situation ever does arise where we are required to
charge VAT on our services, we will write to warn customers
at least one month in advance of the increased amount being
charged. All UK and EU customers would be issued with a VAT
receipt via email in order to claim back the VAT if they were
themselves registered.
